using tulsi since 2012 and this is my summary from the benefits I have gotten.

Not exact matches

Tulsi Holy Basil has been

-- Apart from Ashwaganda (Pukka makes an excellent one) you can
use other herbal remedies and adaptogens such as Rhodiola and Three

Other herbs such as basil, holy basil (
tulsi), parsley, coriander leaves, etc. look to be good as well and for other reasons, I've started
using them in more than usual amounts.
