Almondmilk is a product I have
used and loved for a long time.
If you can't get your hands on the black & white,
use 3/4 cup cold brew coffee + 3/4 cups unsweetened
almondmilk in place of the black & white measurement.
For super melt in your mouth truffles (that are also a bit messier to make)
use 1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) of
almondmilk.

Strawberry - coconut oatshake — Replace the peanut butter with 1 tablespoon of coconut butter and
use toasted coconut
almondmilk.

almondmilk with cold - brew coffee.

If you want to load these up with protein, you can replace 1/2 cup of the oat flour with an equal amount of your favorite protein powder (I've
used hemp with delicious success), but you'll want to increase the
almondmilk measurement by 2 tablespoons.
You could even puree the squash with the
almondmilk using an immersion stick blender!
Coconut brownies —
use unrefined coconut oil, toasted coconut
almondmilk, and top with coconut flakes.
Notes: For this recipe I
used Califia's unsweetened
almondmilk, but I've also made it with their toasted coconut version and it turned out just the same.

almondmilk creamer varieties (flavored could be pretty delicious).

Since there's such a small amount of
almondmilk in the recipe,
using unsweetened will only alter the amount of sugar in the recipe by 2ish grams.
Whisk in the
almondmilk, until completely combined, then whisk in the almond butter and mix until smooth (it should thicken to about the consistency of cake batter, but will depend on the almond butter you
use).

As I'm writing this I just realized that you could pretty much
use any Silk flavor out there for the
almondmilk part.
For this oatmeal recipe, I
used Silk's new
Almondmilk Protein + Fiber, which has a whopping 5 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber.
