use healthy fats in my sweet recipes and baking too, for example nut
butters,
avocado and coconut oil.
Then pour the juice into a blender and add the banana,
avocado and almond
butter plus any of the extras you're
using.
One of the most interesting fruits is the aguacate [
avocado], which resembles an enormous green pear, the inside of which is like
butter, is almost tasteless, and is frequently
used as a natural salad dressing.
Also
used 1/2
butter and 1/2 olive oil as I didn't have
avocado oil.
However, the taste should not be noticeably impacted by
using avocado in lieu of
butter.
My favorite
uses for these include biscuits with
butter and jam or honey, and definitely bacon, egg, and mushed
avocado sandwiches.
To make these rolls dairy free,
use substitute the
butter for a dairy free alternative or oil (I
use avocado oil).
