using black radishes and mini ice cream cones in the final test?

black radishes with a few carrots added along with several cloves of garlic — all put through food processor for shredding and then sprinkled with salt and massaged before pressing into jars to ferment — yum!
The water rehydrates the grain, and the soaking liquid can be
used in the final dish, like in this brothy bowl of
black barley, thinly sliced mushrooms, spicy kimchi, and raw
radishes.
For the production of GNT's micronised powders, only fruit, vegetables and edible plants like
radishes, purple potatoes,
black carrots, safflower and spirulina are
used.
Going off what we already had, I
used white cauliflower and
black beans, no
radishes of any kind.
They certainly give this yakisoba a nice little crunch and if you can't find
black radishes, feel free to
use any other
radish of your choice.
