So, here's a recipe for a delicious summer smoothie
using chocolate whey protein powder.

All I had was

You can
use our
whey to make these Easter
chocolate protein eggs if you're running low (or don't have any)
whey at home so stock up on some of our POW.
2 eggs 1/4 cup of unflavored or vanilla
whey 1/4 cup of almond milk (or any other milk) 1 - 2 tsps of cinnamon 4 slices of your bread of choice (I
used gluten - free bread) 2 squares of dark
chocolate 1/2 banana
1 cup of old fashioned rolled oats (I
use gluten free organic) 2/3 cup of toasted coconut flakes 1/2 cup of nut butter (almond, peanut — whatever you have on hand) 1/3 cup of agave, maple syrup or honey 1.5 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon of protein powder (I
used vanilla Designer
Whey) 1/4 cup of fiber cereal
Chocolate chips (I
used dark chips)-- amount is up to you 1/4 to 1/2 cup

Ingredients for the batter: 1/4 cup mashed sweet potato 1/4 cup
chocolate whey protein powder 1tbsp peanut butter (I
used chocolate salted caramel by Hognuts) pinch ground cinnamon pinch ground nutmeg 3tbsp ground almonds 2tbsp cocoa powder 2 tsp agave syrup small pinch sea salt 2 tbsp coconut flour 10 drops toffee flavdrops (optional)
1/8 cup

used our awesome one - ingredient Pow
whey) 1/8 cup ground hazelnuts (could also
use ground almonds) 1 tbsp almond milk (enough to bind the ingredients into a dough) 2 tbsp
chocolate nut butter spread (note: I
used Meridian's new
chocolate hazelnut spread!!!! If you don't have it, you can just
use any
chocolate - flavoured spread or Nutella but consider getting it if you can, it's really good!)

use Less Naked

Again, to make sure you get the tastiest shake possible, I recommend a
chocolate whey / casein blend you think tastes good on its own, but
use whatever you think tastes good.
I decided to create a «fit hubby» version
using peanut butter, pretzels,
chocolate whey protein powder and a drizzle of
chocolate on the top.
I am going to try it again and
use more stevia in the
chocolate topping (I had 100 % cacao and didn't think about that until after it was in the fridge) as well as
use a
whey protein powder and a different nut butter.

For this recipe, I
used the D28 Fierce Fuel
whey protein powder which comes in vanilla and
chocolate.
A note about substitutions: If you
use whey protein in place of the Warrior Blend protein, you'll need less water and you'll want to freeze them a little longer (~ 15 minutes) before dipping in the
chocolate coating.

whey protein powder, MCT oil, cinnamon and Erythritol.
Currently I've been
using Designer
Whey in French Vanilla, Almond Vanilla (occasionally) and Double
Chocolate, all sweetened with Stevia and, at least to me, not overly sweet.
I
used chocolate Jay Robb
Whey Protien Powder and
used 3/4 c ice and no water and it was thick like a frosty!
Feel free to
use any
chocolate protein powder you have on hand (
whey,
whey - casein blend, vegan), just keep in mind it will change the texture and flavor slightly.

Chocolate for both the cupcake batter and the frosting.
