Hi Culinary Adventurer, I've been making coconut shrimp
using an egg wash, lots of spices, dip into the coconut dusted with coconut flour, back into the egg wash, another dip in the coconut and sauté.
This was my first time
using an egg white to create clumps in granola.
Any advice on how I can get them to come out properly while still
using egg?
I imagine it being less rich and blah using stevia... perhaps
using the egg too.
It is
using egg replacer in place of eggs.

using an egg replacement, but others have told me that Ener - G egg replacer works well.
I just veganized this by
using egg replacer (only adjustment necessary) and it rose beautifully and tastes delicious!

using any egg replacements as I have not tried them myself.

TO ROAST THE TURKEY If

Used eggs and just slightly more flax than called for but I improvised on the seasonings — salt, garlic powder and a little mixed Italian herbs.
In general, applesauce only provides moisture, not structure, which is the real reason for
using eggs.
How many eggs would I need to substitute if I wanted to
use eggs in place of the flax egg?
i have a cheddar and dried basil waffle recipe from Jennies all purpose mix, that calls for 2 eggs, but i do not want to
use eggs and flex meal option, please give me some other substitute for this.
