I drink lots of water, try to avoid caffeine and

used, also milk or fruit juices.
Keep in mind that sweating pulls
electrolytes and trace minerals from your body, so it's important to
drink a lot of fluids and get plenty of salt (preferably Himalayan pink salt or another mineral - rich natural salt) if you're going to
use a sauna to detox.
I want to point out that coconut water shouldn't take the place of water which should be
drunk mostly and often, but instead of
drinking 16 ounces of water after a workout, in this case coconut water should be
used to replace those lost
electrolytes.
You can add salt tabs to your sports
