I'm not really
using my fitted diapers and prefolds that much since I got more than 50 pocket diapers but I use the diaper cover nonetheless to prevent my heavy wetter boy from leaking.
At night however I prefer
using fitted diapers with breathable covers such as fleece or wool or even prefolds with waterproof covers.
If you are
using fitted diapers and covers, put the fitted diaper on like a disposable, slide the cover under, attach (again) like a disposable, and you're done.
