used in the facility but these
bars are produced on a dedicated soy -
free line.
To keep these protein
bars 100 % sugar
free and keto friendly, I opted to
use these stevia sweetened chocolate chips (keto approved and sugar -
free) and this sticky sweetener (monk fruit sweetened).
I wonder if you could
use this to make a nut
free / oat
free granola
bar.

free to swap walnuts or almonds for the pecans, or
use half nuts and half dried cranberries for tart, chewier
bars.

The usual glucose syrup, muscovado sugar and honey
used for binding granola
bars are replaced with Dark and Golden Date Juice Concentrates which allow refined sugar
free claims and are suitable for vegans.
