used buckwheat
flour but you could
use brown rice or whatever other gluten -
free grain flour you have kicking about and yes the crust could definitely be
used for other fruit (or chocolate!)

used my favourite gluten -
free flours, almond and oat, ground from whole nuts and
grains in my Froothie blender, and coconut oil and coconut sugar for the least - processed options.

flour is an excellent
flour to
use for
grain -
free nut -
free breads and if paleo is not your concern just go for Udi's or Rudi's brand gluten -
free hamburger buns.

use over others?
(Even though yours is pecans I'll sub in walnuts) I've amassed lots of
flours and other items to cook
grain free but it's gotten a little out of control so my plan is to organize and
use up stuff while finding a few staples that I make consistently to have on hand each week or month.
