using less banana as the middle was a little too soft.

using less banana, but included some cashew nuts — absolutely loved it!

I didn't add the honey and
use less banana to make it less carbs, it was amazing!
For a more pudding - like consistency use a whole banana and
use less banana if you would rather a fudgier texture.

Using the unfrozen
bananas made for
less liquid so I added even
less flour than usual.
The second time when I did muffins and
used less ripe
bananas, I didn't have that problem.
I
used a little
less bourbon and one
banana that wasn't truly ripe enough to be
used for bread, and it was still awesome.
