You may be able to remove the black stains
using liquid dish soap and water and a scrub brush.

use liquid dish soap).

To clean with
soap and water, you'll need access to a sink with warm, potable water,
liquid dish soap (or
soap made specifically for cleaning baby bottles), a small bottle or pipe cleaning brush (that you
use only for this purpose) and a separate wash basin.

use very much to strip your cloth diapers.

Homemade ice pack (just freeze
liquid dish soap or rubbing alcohol in a double - bagged - ziplock bag and
use as an ice pack.
