using loud alarm clocks.

Make your bedroom as dark as possible, turn the face of the
alarm clock away from you and
use a white noise machine or fan if you live in a
loud neighborhood.

alarm is swift and

We've tuned the
alarm volume ramp up for
alarms using your music — the initial volume will be the same softer level we started
using in earlier builds as a result of your feedback, but now it will get
louder faster.
The second thing that's slightly odd about the Echo Plus is that the volume balance seems to have changed on timers and
alarms, so they're now not as
loud as they
used to be.
We'd highly recommend setting an
alarm volume you're confident will be
loud enough to wake you up if that's what you intend to
use it for.
Since I usually just
use the loudspeaker for notifications and
alarms, the Honor 5C gets high marks for its
loud volume.
