i have a cheddar and dried basil waffle recipe from Jennies all purpose mix, that calls for 2 eggs, but i do not want to
use eggs and flex
meal option, please give me some other
substitute for this.
I would love to see more savoury recipes with avocados, only because I know how well they can be
used as
substitutes in desserts, but the only savoury recipe I know is guacamole and when avocados are cut into slices or bits and put as toppings on soup or sandwiches, but I'd love to get to know more savoury
meals where avocados play the main role.
I
use almond
meal as a
substitute for bread crumbs in meatballs so I would imagine it would work here as well.
I add flax
meal to muffins and breads, not to mention
use it in white sauce,

I also only had almond
meal (trader joes) unblanched, and
substituted fresh lime juice for the vinegar and
used 1tbsp olive oil, didn't have coconut oil.
I took the liberty of changing a few things around and
used what was on hand: Bob's Redmill Almond
meal, fortunately the texture is excellent, 1/2 cup roasted & mashed Delicata Squash, one tablespoon of Ghee, one tablespoon of Coconut oil instead of 1/4 cup,

using flaxseed
meal as a
substitute for my baking needs for years but never knew you can boil.
As a
substitute for glutinous white flour, I've
used almond
meal and buckwheat flour, which are released into the blood slowly as an energy source, preventing that sudden peak and then drop in blood glucose levels.
Almond
meal is not the best gluten - free flour to
use as a 1:1
substitute for wheat flour.
Many of our members

The flaxseed

used as a

use a small egg to create the tortillas.
For instance, if I
use mashed cauliflower as a side dish to a
meal it's no problem, but if I
use it as a
substitute for mashed potatoes which were always a problem food for me, then I shouldn't eat it for the 30 days.
Use as egg replacement: when baking, you can

substitute flaxmeal with psyllium or chai seed
meal, you will have to
use completely different amounts.
Try one of the following alterations (applies to recipes that are difficult to roll out): 1)

meal (add a splash of water if needed for the consistency) 2) add 1 tablespoon of psyllium powder (again, add a splash of water for consistency) 3)
