I know that 2 cups of ready ground almonds would
use more nuts than 2 cups of whole almonds....
This was really fabulous and even though the sauce
used more nuts that I am allowed it made such a big portion.
However, I am certain that I will definitely return to
using more nut milks after my training is over.
I wanted to cut down the amount of candy chips in the recipe, so
I used more nuts and just semi-sweet chips.
To make them dairy - free, just omit the parmesan and
use more nuts instead.
I use more nuts and a variety of them as this is the only thing I can eat at breakfast that keeps me happy until lunch — otherwise I find myself snacking.
You will also need to
use more nut butter than oil (as the fat content per volume is lower)
You could also use another nut butter for the peanut butter if you're allergic to peanuts or you can
use more nut butter, cocoa butter, or even raw cacao butter in place of the coconut butter I used.
And of course I don't really want to
use more nuts instead.

use more nuts or a different kind of seed — sesame, flax, chia maybe?
I recently got mine from Amazon - they call it also «creamed coconut» - search for» Tropical Sun Premium Creamed Coconut» on Amazon Normal butter would not work but you can
use more nut butter instead (almond or almond & cashew).

use a smaller squash though, and add
more raisins and pine

I did today, which was so awesome!!!! My blender was broken and sent back to repair, so i had to do everything manually, from smashing the sweet potato & dates, crushing the
nuts (I
used hazelnut) into flour (this one was hard, so finally its
more like bits...), and left out for the agave syrup (was so sweet for me already), though it was lots of work but just so great!
I also
used date syrup instead of honey to make the flavours richer and
more wintery and a little
nut butter to make them extra gooey (although you can leave this out if you don't eat
nuts).
Instead of tofu you can
use more cashew
nuts, it works really well and still tastes just as delicious.
I decided to
use some walnut oil for this recipe, because it gives the dish a unique flavor and provides you with
more omega - 3 fatty acids than most other
nut oils.
I added a little
more matcha because I loved the flavor,
used only vanilla instead of almond since I was making them for someone with a
nut allergy, and they came out awesome!

used loads of
nuts AND Love Grown Food's Power Os — that cereal is made partially out of a bean blend (navy, lentil and garbanzo), so you get even
more protein!
I have
used macadamia
nuts and they work really well, but you really need to like the taste of macadamia
nuts because the taste as strong whereas with the cashews, it's a
more neutral flavor.

Using more whole
nuts provides a
more nutritious and satisfying nutmilk.
I
use nuts instead of grains, but not
more than a handful's worth of
nuts per day because too many
nuts isn't good for you.
I may forgo the cashews too and
use those soaked
nuts for something else; this recipe really doesn't need anything
more!
If you
use smooth
nut butter, you may need to add a little extra hemp seed / desiccated coconut to help hold the balls together as there may be
more liquid.
But I still feel hazelnuts are one of the
more under -
used nuts out there.
As opposed to hazelnut butter, where you need to
use a food processor for a good few minutes to macerate the
nuts to release their oils, chestnuts grind to no
more than a powder due to their comparatively low oil content.
And if you really want to get right down to it,
using less oil of all types and
more fat - rich whole foods (like
nuts, seeds, olives, and avocados) can never be a bad way to go.

nut - free, you could also

more liquid.

I don't measure anymore when I make this — sometimes I
use coconut palm sugar, less
nuts,
more butter... This is a very forgiving recipe — just taste it before roasting to adjust seasoning but it always comes out good
1/4 cup ground almonds (this can be omitted and a flour
used in it's place, or another
nut used but it does make the cake
more deliciously gooey so I recommend it!)
For this, I heated some olive oil (you can
use sesame oil too), added sesame seeds, raw peanuts (my favorite
nut), Sirracha powder mix (my new invention which I feel is better than the sauce and
more versatile), Chinese long beans, salt and to add extra flavor I finished this dish with coconut flakes.
I
used macadamia
nuts to gives a
more tropical feel, not to mention it has the highest omega 3 and lowest omega 6 ratio of fats out of all the
nuts... meaning they have
more of the healthy fats we need, and less of the ones we already get too much of.
Use higher fructose fruits
more as special treats or as dessert substitutes e.g. a banana smothered in a

I added some peanut butter to the crust, but you can
use any other ground
nut instead or even skip this ingredient and add
more coconut oil.
this is very similar to what we call Chikki... a sweet treat in western india... readily available in Bombay / Mumbai... and also in indian stores here in the US... u can
use jaggery... other kinds of sugar... or even some honey to mix in the syrup... for the
nuts u can
use cashews, almonds, seasme seeds instead or in combination with peanuts... u could try experimenting with different layers of thickness... and even try a mould that would make it look
more like a hersheys bar... easier to break off without creating too many crumbles
Really, for these cookies you can sub any
nut butter you like, but I think almond is lovely... (ha, since I have been living in the UK, I have noticed I've been
using that word
more!)
I am eating
more fat than I'm
used to but it helps me feeling satisfied and whole
nuts / seeds, avocadoes are nothing to fear!
