In this recipe
we use muesli and thick yoghurt for the bottom two layers and a simple but delicious blueberry smoothie recipe on top, but we encourage you to use this as a starting points and try the technique with some of the other smoothies in the bundle or any smoothie of your own.

I use muesli that has some seeds and dried fruits in it because it's what we can get in Taiwan right now in bigger bulk.
There'll be crunchy bits in the bottom if
you used muesli and frozen berries.

Muesli, organic almonds from M&S (ground roughly), dried apples and mangoes from Muji (ground roughly), some cinnamon, ground cloves and nutmeg, blend it all together and into that mixture i poured 2 egg whites and 4 tbsp water whisked together until frothy and then formed the balls.

used as a condiment, added to trail mixes, added to granola and
muesli, and
used as a dessert topping.

This vegan
muesli began as an idea for granola, but when I realized we were working with a toaster oven that smoked every time we attempted to
use it and another heat wave in Washington without an air conditioner or a fan (lots of people don't have AC because it's not normally as hot as it's been), I simplified further and decided

For this Blueberry Quinoa
Muesli I
used a combo of rolled oats, sunflower seeds (I actually prefer pumpkin seeds over sunflower seeds but I was running low when I went to shoot the recipe), puffed quinoa, coconut, hemp seeds, dried blueberries and a touch of coconut sugar for sweetness.

use as a part of their treatment plan.
So this recipe is my solution to that problem that I created last year and is still one of my favorites for whipping up when I want a sprinkle of something similar to
muesli or granola to
use on top of smoothies or to put in a bowl with a little almond or soy milk as a quick snack.
Meanwhile for authentic Swiss - style
muesli, the kind we
used to call «Swiss breakfast» at school, I have a very good recipe here, so you see, quite different — but equally delicious.

used the example of Aldi's private label «Hillcrest Chewy
Muesli Bars Strawberry and Yoghurt», criticising it for
using a picture of fresh strawberries on its pack even though the product itself just contains «strawberry flavoured fruit pieces» which are made of fruit puree concentrates, flavour and additives.
It can be
used for dry foods, such as instant soups, instant ready meals, snacks, chips and dried fruits; breakfast cereals, flakes and
muesli; chocolate, sugar confectionery and biscuits.
We eat it with our
muesli, bake cakes with it, dollop it on pavlovas,
use it to dress potato salad, create savoury sauces with it and devour it on its own.
I've opted to
use two different types of fermented dairy drinks, rather than juice (which is often a part of Bircher
Muesli) to get a more diverse live culture strain in the oats.
Another way of enjoying this paste is by stirring one cup of warm milk with the paste and then
using this liquid to pour over some homemade
muesli, letting it cool and adding some chopped fresh fruit.
I
used to love to make traditional
Muesli which is oats soaked overnight with fruit and milk then eaten soft and sweet in the morning.
It expects most demand to come from manufacturers of cereal products such as
muesli, granola and cereal bars but says they could also be
used as decoration or inclusion in ice cream.
Finally I simply
use store bought plant yoghurt and I like to by unsweetened yoghurts and add sweeter toppings like the jam and
muesli in this isntance letting the yoghurt be an acidic counter actor.
These are the best gluten free oats Ive tasted, they actually don't taste any different than good old Quaker brand, except I
used them in a
muesli recipe where I had to soak them overnight and they were slightly mushy but I swapped to Silk Almond milk instead and fixed the problem and it was delicious.
Imported
muesli brands in China often emphasise the origins of the oats in their branding,
using farm imagery such as wheat fields, windmills and tractors on the packaging.
Toast it gently at 225 degrees Fahrenheit to dry and crisp the puffed grain and
use it as a breakfast cereal, either on its own or in your favorite granola or
muesli mixture.

used only to have a small
muesli for breakfast and then bread.
