Hi Patricia - It's easy to calculate
using myfitnesspal - I avoid including information as I focus on the ingredients VS the number.
I'm
using MyFitnessPal to count calories and cancelled my Weight Watcher subscription, saving $ 240 annually.
Its not too taxing — I have been
using the MyFitnessPal web site as I found that some of the recipes in the book were mostly over the actual calorie count so I use the MFP site diligently every meal and this works for me.
Have been
using Myfitnesspal for over a year very successfully but will experiment with gradually transferring to your app.
Since you mentioned, I have started
using Myfitnesspal to record my food, I did notice that i might be eating very few calories earlier....
I eat a high protein, high fiber diet and 1750 cals a day and am

I've been counting calories for 2 years and after 6 months
using myfitnesspal, com I reached my goal 71 kg down to 66 kg and then maintaining my daily log I have never gone above 66.5 kg and currently running at 65.4 kg as I have upped my daily walking routine which is even better now I have GPS on my new Ionic and a puppy to walk

It could be, for example, that everyone who's
using MyFitnessPal is happy and getting fit, while everyone at Weight Watchers is struggling.

I used myfitnesspal to calculate the whole recipe and when divided by 15 servings, each muffin came to 155 calories.

you use MyFitnessPal (my favorite calorie counting app), you can go to the «more» tab (with the... on their app), go to meals, recipes and foods and add a recipe from the web.

An easier way to count calories is to
use the MyFitnessPal app or website (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/) you can sync it with your fitbit app.
So the things that I'll do is, is I'll do a food log with patients or we'll
use a MyFitnessPal app, and I'll have them plug in all their foods and we'll figure out how many calories they need to just to maintain.

used low sodium taco mix!
So I just found out that
MyFitnessPal has this AWESOME feature where I can copy the URL of the recipe, match up the recipe, and swap out ingredients to match what I'm making (like
using our store's brand of something in a recipe).
