This
MYLK is perfect over cereal, as is over ice on a hot day, to
use in smoothies or wherever you'd usually
use milk in cooking.
I typically
use hemp seeds as a topper for salads, smoothies, pasta or quinoa, but you can also make
mylk or yogurt out of hemp seeds!
This
Mylk may be watered down 20 - 50 % with success depending on what you're
using it for — making it even more economical.
I also
use to make my
mylk, but also love to buy from time to time rice milk, which is one of my new favorite!

Over many attempts, I came up with a super easy recipe
using just a few ingredients: oats, banana, baking powder and
mylk.
As all of our bars do not contain any milk, we
use the word «
mylk» instead to show this as our milk chocolate equivalent.
This spelling is commonly
used in the health food industry to describe products containing milk equivalents (e.g. almond
mylk, coconut
mylk etc.).

And are once again another great way to
use the leftover «almond pulp» from making homemade almond
mylk.
I've had to add extra sweetener to my puddings when I
use the store bought almond
mylk; adding maple syrup, chopped dates, and mashed bananas.
I
used a touch of cinnamon, pure Canadian maple syrup to sweeten and Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seeds which I buy in bulk from Costco, so it saves some money as I know making your own nut
mylk can be pricey!
Have a chocolate pudding
using raw cacao powder, avacados, almond
mylk and cashew butter (usually sweeten with maple syrup) that ROCKS, but the cacao IS a bit... not «grainy», but similar to a fine grainy - ness.
Use it straight up as a nutrient dense, natural shake or follow our recipe instructions to make matcha tea lattes, chia pudding / breakfast, golden
mylks
