Cacao Powder since it's a little lower in fat and lighter than some other brands (plus it has a better flavor, in my opinion).
The brownies are so tasty, better than the «real» ones I
used to bake long long ago... I made a substitution, instead of
cacao powder I
used organic cacao fiber
powder, which is available here in Germany in low - carb shops.
We make our own chocolate hazelnut butter from scratch,
using freshly roasted hazelnuts,

I contacted the company of the
organic raw
cacao powder I was
using, which was not tested by Consumer Lab, and they admitted that their product also ranked among the rest for cadmium and other heavy metals.
