In this method, I'm
using organic rolled oats purchased from the bulk section of my local health food store.
If not you could
use organic rolled oats which you can find in your local health food store.

I substituted
organic rolled oats (ground to flour iin my coffee grinder) for the oat bran and
used organic stone ground spelt flour in place of the whole wheat.

I switched to this gluten - free
