I have been
using organic whole milk but it is ultra pasteurized.
I used organic whole milk in this case (ran out of raw, and prefer to drink the raw if we had it).

The recipe made great muffins but
I used an organic whole milk yogurt and it didn't have enough moisture - I had to add some milk to moisten all the ingredients.

Since raw
milk can be expensive to source, if it is less expensive to
use organic whole pastuerized
