With the last of the ground pork I made a sauce in the crockpot that I'll
use over pasta.
If it thaws out and is too soft, you could just blend it and
use it over some pasta for a pasta bake

So very versatile, I've
used these sauces to top
pasta, homemade pizzas
using toasted bread, basil oil drizzled on tomatoes and tomato sauce
over fresh mozzarella.
I poured the blue cheese sauce
over riccioli
pasta and topped with a brunoise, which is a blend of similarly - sized and shaped diced vegetables (I
used orange bell peppers, crimini mushrooms, zucchini, jiacama and carrots).
The texture isn't the same a traditional
