Oh and if you don't have halloween - y chocolate molds like I do, you can
use paper muffin cups.
For muffins, lightly grease a muffin pan or
use paper muffin cups.

I find they stick to the pan and to
paper muffin cups, so I
use a silicone
muffin tray.

cup muffin tin with coconut oil (or line with
muffin papers and
use a non-stick spray).
