using peanut flour in things.
I have heard a lot of people
using peanut flour as a nice protein powder free alternative.
I love
using peanut flour to make my nut butter servings go even further.
I have never done that... when
I use peanut flour, I usually just use it as part of the recipe and not the entire amount of flour.
We used peanut flour for GF factor and for some protein???? The dough was really crumbly.
I use peanut flour (no wheat flower at all) and applesauce instead of eggs.

I was intrigued to discover what the final texture would be, without
using any
flour, and I was pleasantly surprised — they're like a
peanut butter cookie.
If you're
using traditional oats add more chocolate chips and
peanut flour.

use a pre-mixed all purpose gluten free
flour (like I did with the
peanut butter cookies I made here), but today I wanted to try something different.

For the record of the natural
peanut - butter camp: I
used 1 3/4 c of Trader Joe's creamy salted natural

flour to stiffen the dough up a bit, then chilled them in the fridge for 15 minutes before baking; they turned out gorgeous, tender, and dome - y, like Deb's.
I also made a «
peanut butter» roux to thicken it, but had to double the amount of
flour I
used, as roux has less thickening power than uncooked
flour.

This recipe
uses natural
peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut
flour, sea salt, chocolate chips and coconut oil to make our favorite treat all - natural!
I've always been a fan of
peanut flour as a topping, for
use in baking, or just to add some extra
peanut flavor to my meals and snacks.
Some natural
peanut butter was mixed with just a touch of agave nectar (you could also
use honey) and some coconut
flour.
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/2 cup creamy
peanut butter 2 cups light brown sugar 4 large eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup all - purpose

I actually got very frustrated by vegan protein powders and then realized that

flour instead of spelt, golden syrup instead of maple and crunchy natural
