Currently, no cheese or yogurt products made
using powdered milk are allowed to enter the Italian market, under a 1974 law brought in to protect the quality of Italian produce.
I have never made yogurt
using powdered milk so I have no idea how to do it or if it would work.
Special Notes: To make evaporated milk
using powdered milk — mix 1 1/2 cups of water with a heaping 1/2 cup of instant milk.
Other brands in this space
use powdered milk and syrups.
We used powdered milk with water and 3 TBS of vinegar, coconut sugar and 1 TBS of ground flax seed in place of the Xanthum Gum....

A question: I am told that you can't get the nooks and crannies using real milk, that you need to
use powdered milk which I can't get where I live.
If your kid drinks formula milk,
use powder milk to prepare it every time.

use powder milk and I added coconut flakes — absolutely Delicious.

WHISK together evaporated
milk and eggs in a large bowl, then whisk in the flour, minced onion, garlic

Whole
milk powder will reduce syneresis but I never
