Make up a batch of this heart - healthy spread to
use on crackers or as a dip for
raw veggies.
Besides, we
used the rest of the sauce as a dip for
raw veggies.
Dip
raw veggies or
use it to dress up any Mediterranean meal.
Use any combo of slightly steamed, sautéed, or finely chopped
raw veggies on top of a gluten - free grain (millet, quinoa, brown rice, what have you).
However, if you
use pastured eggs, pastured meats, organic
veggies, whole grain breads
raw or organic dairy being you can create a casserole that is quite healthy and very nutrient dense.
If I have roasted vegetables or cooked beans that I want to
use up, I'll add them in after I've simmered any of the
raw veggies.
So glad I
used a mandolin to slice those
raw veggies wafer thin.
This vegan spinach dip
uses fully
raw ingredients and can be paired with
raw veggies, pita bread, chips, crackers, or added to sandwiches and salads!
Serve with crackers, pita chips and / or
raw veggies or
use as a spread for wraps and sandwiches.
You can
use any cooked or
raw veggies that you may have on hand, and you can also add some cut up cheese or meat for additional protein.

Any
veggies can be
used, but I really love adding julienned carrots and cucumber along with chopped
raw kale.
i would
use it for garlic and all my
raw veggies.
Serve with flax crackers,
veggies, or
use on
raw bread or pizzas, roll in nori sushi, collard wraps, and much more.
(IF you're
using raw shrimp, add them into the oven at the same time as the
veggies to cook the full 20 minutes.
Not only is hummus a great snack to enjoy with crackers and
raw veggies, but this roasted tomato hummus is mild enough to
use as a creamy spread for sandwiches and wraps.
With no cooking involved, all you need to do is chop up some
veggies and roll them up — I
use Pureed
Raw Pumpkin, Avocado, Cucumber, Lettuce, Carrot and of course, the Kelp Noodles.
Use leftovers with
raw veggies or crackers, on salads and pasta, or with tacos or burritos.
I love veggie sticks and hummus, celery and almond butter, kale chips are awesome, dehydrated

raw coconut flakes, gogi berries, cacao nibs, (
use the last 3 like a trail mix) and seeds and nuts (soaked if you can).
Asians are not
used to eating
raw veggies (maybe the malays), it's difficult to advocate that.
How To
Use: Soups, garden salads (some root
veggies may be served
raw, others need to be cooked), Superfood Salad, roast with a olive oil drizzle, juice in a juicer with other
veggies and fruits (I don't recommend juicing a radish!)
Also, think beyond
using hummus as merely a dip with
raw veggies.
