using rice wrappers.
Not exact matches
Using the softened tapioca disk as the
wrapper, place a piece of lettuce, bean sprouts, mint, basil,
rice noodles and 2 - 3 cucumber «matchsticks».
But the
rice flour
wrappers I
used instead of a gluten pasta certainly adds to the healthy aspect of the dish.

Actually, I'm quite sure that is exactly what the brown

wrappers make for prettier spring rolls, I also love
using brown
rice paper
wrappers for added nutrition.
These Vietnamese rolls resemble Chinese egg rolls, but
use rice paper instead of won ton
wrappers, which produces a much more delicate product.
Moisten
rice wrapper with warm water
using a brush, or by dipping in a shallow pan.
