I saw a recipe
using roasted grapes on Pinterest and ever since I couldn't get the thought of them out of my head.
I've
used roasted grapes in appetizers, never thought of putting them in salad.

My dad sends big baskets of
grape tomatoes over around this time every year and I always slow -
roast them (
using this recipe), cover them in oil, and then keep them on hand in the refrigerator for a couple weeks.
