I love
using roma tomatoes for bruschetta.
I used roma tomatoes but of course you could use any type of tomato and I added a little more cayenne pepper than what is listed in the recipe so just adjust according to your taste.
This recipe actually
uses roma or plum tomatoes that have been diced, rather than sundried tomatoes.
I think I like the free form gallette better but I might
use the roma tomatoes from hers; --RRB-

using freshly diced
romas instead of the canned tomatoes adds some lightness to it that's very yummy!
