use 2 drops of cypress oil, fennel oil, Carrot oil,
spearmint oil and lemongrass oil to massage your breasts.

using 2 different homemade sprays, one contains distilled water & a citrus - cedarwood -
spearmint essential oil blend, the other has purified water, witch hazel & clove - cinnamon - sandalwood oil blend.
