Slowly add the olive oil in a steady slow stream, or drop by drop if
using a standard blender, until thick.
Occasionally stopping the machine to give the mixture a stir to help it along may be needed, and if you are
using a standard blender you may need to add a bit more almond milk.
Add the remaining ingredients, and blend on high for 45 seconds (or longer if
using a standard blender) until silky smooth.
If
using a standard blender, soak the pistachio meats in filtered water for 4 hours to soften before blending.
