I used a standard muffin tin and an ice cream scoop and filled them to the top.
If you don't have a mini cheesecake pan, just

standard muffins, which took about 20 minutes at 350.

Since these

use much added sweetener, I was pleasantly surprised to hear them dubbed «cupcakes» by their
Standard - American - Diet palates.
I always
