using a sugar replacement, I recommend Lankato monkfruit white sweetener or Swerve granulated sugar replacement, but you may have to add some more milk as those sugar replacements tend to be drying.

Beat the butter, maple syrup, honey and vanilla until fluffy (it won't get as fluffy as it would when

I didn't realize how much sugar could be in Bittersweet Chocolate however (when it says 60 % cacao it means the remaining 40 % is sugar), so I adapted the recipe to include unsweetened chocolate and then explored
using sugar substitutes.
