I recently made a plant - based mango
smoothie bowl using coconut water that you might want to try out (if you
use frozen bananas
in it, it doubles up as a great dessert too!)
It's an easy vegetable to incorporate into your diet, I add it to my
smoothies and juices
in the morning,

So this recipe is my solution to that problem that I created last year and is still one of my favorites for whipping up when I want a sprinkle of something similar to muesli or granola to
use on top of
smoothies or to put

bowl with a little almond or soy milk as a quick snack.

I like
using chia seeds to thicken this
smoothie bowl because they are rich

One suggestion about
using a frozen banana
in a
smoothie bowl is to peel it first.
I love
using it as a topping for chia pudding, nice cream,
smoothies, over a
bowl of fresh fruit or
in place of cereal.

bowl (discard the water or save for later
