Hi Jo, yes I quite like
using vanilla powder because it doesn't have any sugar or alcohol added as it's literally just ground up vanilla pods, and it's a cheaper alternative to whole vanilla beans.
Instead of
using vanilla powder, I actually just cut a small part straight out of the vanilla bean.
It depends on the recipe but you could try
using vanilla powder or nutmeg instead.

You can simply omit the vanilla in the date paste, Renee, or
use vanilla powder instead of vanilla extract.

use vanilla powder, and once you whip this thing into a frenzy like you say and it's really a stiff peak, you can even add oil to it, and it won't deflate on you terribly.
If you prefer to

use.
