I use weight watchers brand but any low - fat will do) 2 x tbsp Low - fat Yoghurt (natural is preferred) 1/2 cup Milk (full cream, low fat whatever you like) 1 x tsp Honey (This is a must unless you really like the taste of cottage cheese) 1 scoop protein powder (I use chocolate flavour)
Maybe I'll
use the Weight watchers meetings for reinforcement while paying closer attention to GI and natural foods.

using oil, and 2 % milk and allowing 1/4 cup of brown sugar to sprinkle..
This has nothing to do with your recipe, which I'm dying to try but I see that you calculate your points
using recipe builder through
weight watchers... am I just missing it because I've googled it & searched all over the app & I can't find a single builder!
