I'm a new mom so I by no means know it all about babies /
kids and sleeping BUT I did purchase a great sleep reference book called Healthy Sleep Habits Happy Child that I have found very useful so far and expect to get lots more
use out of it

with it's easy - to -
use reference section where you can find guidance sorted by age and / or specific issues you're dealing
with.

using Udi's gluten - free brownie bites, Betty Crocker decorating icing, Clif
Kid ZFruit ropes (cut up for the spider legs),

The first or second time I ever made a big batch of chili on my own, I learned that it will take for - ever to thicken up the way I like it, unless I added a bit of tomato paste (and that's a trick I learned from my Italian momma when I would help make marinara / bolognese sauce as a

Quinoa flakes, yogurt, those crazy good brownies you teased us
with on instagram... WHERE IS IT ALREADY??? I'm
kidding, but actually so so excited that you
used yogurt a lot because I am currently amazed and obsessed
with it
in baking too!
I also sent her some purple cabbage leaves
with bags of vinegar, soda and salt, and instructions for a nice activity to do
with the
kids that
uses the cooked leaves water to create water
in different colors.
The
kid in me wants to eat pasta out of the bowl all the time — two - fisted, left - right - left - right — but my adult sensibilities know that responsible people
use utensils and temper carb overload
with lots and lots of veggies.
Next time I will try it
with half the MS since I loved it but found it too sweet for me and it contained more MS (sugar) than I usually
use in a recipe for the
kids.
