Like Ryan Skalla mentioned, that's pretty saturated; a lot of people are
using the yellow letter.
I too was also debating on wether to
use yellow letters or a regular hand written letter.
This is assuming a 10 % call back
using yellow letters.
Should I cut the list in half and
use yellow letters or do a post card campaign.
I can't really comment on the best way to reach sellers as I've only
used the yellow letters to this point.

I didn't
use magnetic
letters but just printed out alphabet onto
yellow card (
using a really cute free font called «RM Egg») and inserted those into the eggs.
We started with a quick pigeon printout that I found on a google search (this is the one we

While the group still
uses its red and blue
lettered logo with a
yellow starburst, the association has developed a similar logo with green
lettering.

yellow letters you can create a handwritten
letter that will grab the prospect attention just as easily and they stick out more than
yellow letters because
yellow letters are so over
used.

used to write my own
yellow letters which took time.

using blue (YUCK), don't
use a sharpie and drop the envelope style... and
use regular stamps... Youre over thinking it way too much.

For absentee owner

use the standard
yellow letter format while I
use a more formal typed out
letter for probate leads.
I followed the same steps for my
lettering, however, knowing that the transfer paper was tricky for my project, I chose to
use Delicate Surface FrogTape (the
yellow tape) to help transfer my
letters.
