recipe is naturally sweetened with maple syrup and made creamy with
almond milk.
It's little more than a standard overnight oats
recipe, following the
usual formula of one part oats to two parts liquid (unsweetened
almond milk, in this case), one part fruit (mashed banana), and a little something for flavour stirred through (a touch of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt).
