For some reason, lately I've been craving meat as my snack instead of
my usual sweet craving.

So when the
craving kicks in for something
sweet try making a batch of these cookies instead of the
usual.
It's been about 4 weeks since I committed to eating at least 80 % real food instead of my
usual of less than 50 % (depending on the day and my
cravings for processed treats and
sweets).
I am finding though that I
crave my
usual sweet fruit / honey after each meal.
