I'm
usually up
around 5:30 / 6 am and there's nothing I love more than that quiet, crisp feeling and getting in a kick ass
workout.
Then, center the entire focus of your
workout program
around «beating the logbook» by either adding extra weight to the bar on the following
workout (
usually 5 - 10 pounds for big compound lifts and 2.5 - 5 pounds for smaller isolation lifts) or squeezing out a few extra reps with the same weight (while staying in that 5 - 12 rep range).

workout equipment, especially if you're an avid runner.
The challenge is that I

Puffy look, all over but can
usually be seen in the face, intolerance to exercise, difficulty recovering from
workouts and healing from injuries, high body fat, particularly
around the middle.

Some random things I do
around the house (
usually on the days that I had to skip my formal
workout for some reason) are to do lunges in the kitchen while waiting for water to boil.
I have been working out since I was 15 but all the while I have only been using calisthenics.I don't go to gyms as it is filled with people quite often and it is hard to get a spot to train there.I did gain quite a bit in the beginning but due to college life which began
around 2 years ago my gains are kinda low to non-existent because I kinda slowed down on my
workouts and intensity.The reason for this is
workouts tend to drain me the whole day and makes me sleepy early at night which is the time I
usually use to study.
Also my
workouts are
usually at night
around 8:00 pm and my plan is to do my meals between 12 and 8 (I have a 5 year old I need to try to eat with and that can be tricky lol)
I think the best time to
workout is first thing in the morning and I
usually do it
around 5 - 6 am.
The
workouts are intense in that each sets is taken until you can not be do any more reps.. The Blood and Guts
workouts are brief and
usually kept to a maximum of
around 45 minutes each.
I leave the office
around 7 pm and
usually have plans afterward... events for my blog, a
workout class, dinner or drinks with girlfriends, etc..
