Those who absolutely positively believe they are doing the best the can for their health, will
usually feel healthy even if they're eating an awful diet.
But when we apply ourselves to learning the poses, finally managing to hold a balance and be precise in our alignment,
we usually feel a healthy sense of accomplishment.
