Not only does my family love sweet potatoes, but this is great because we eat as close to paleo and hit the gym as much as possible during the week -LCB- then usually eat pizza all weekend, hehe -RCB-.
At 3:30 pm I head back to train for 3 - 4 more hours and then usually return to the gym for cardio, or hit the gym for the first time and do lifting and cardio.
