I usually run on the treadmill if it's dark — however if I do venture outside I wear reflective stripes.

on the
treadmill with my headphones in and
running.

I have been trying to incorporate a higher intensity (moderate, I
usually only do low) cardio into my workouts and I'm fine
on the epileptical and the bike but when it comes to
running / jogging
on the
treadmill I find I can only go for a few minutes.
(
usually will do legs one day, chest / triceps another, back / biceps another etc) and
on a few days i will add in 30 min HIIT (
running on a
treadmill 30 sec
on / 30 off, or 45 min of an occasional spin class).
When I
run on the
treadmill I
usually run for 2 mins at a speed of 5.4 and then 2 mins at 7.....
I
usually listen to books while I
run... especially
on the
treadmill.
