Not exact matches
From the above
case studies, one can draw conclusion that the Federal Reserve's pursuit of maximum employment have often contributed to the rise in risk asset
valuation (an intended effect of easing financial conditions), and such policy would only be reversed during times of acute (or perceived) inflation risk.
As the
case study from Vancouver tells us, fixing a
valuation is not the best approach and addressing it by giving family and friends a very low
valuation may not be wise either.
There are very few private company
case studies that illustrate how selling a business well can increase the business
valuation by 50 % or more.
For example, the safe withdrawal rate changes over time depending on equity
valuations and the safe withdrawal rate can be vastly different depending on your age and expectations about Social Security, see two
case studies I did recently at ChooseFI and last week here on our blog.
