Over my two years
of blogging, «things» have certainly lost their
value for me.
Having you engaged in commenting and sharing your opinions with me is something that I

As I said in the Clawbies opening post, law
blogging is still proving its
value today, and has had a huge impact on the sharing
of ideas and digital discussions.
At the same time, it's clear that these are people who
value blogging, blog themselves and support a juror's right to do so in a way that does not impede, interrupt or corrupt the integrity
of a trial - by - jury.
However, I am more disappointed that the newspaper
of record again misses the real story about legal
blogging: The
value placed on blawgs by their writers and readers.
