This morning I tried the frozen mangos from Trader Joes in a
smoothie with banana,
almond milk and
vanilla protein powder.
My
Vanilla Protein Oil is doing a great job of flavouring my
almond milk smoothies that are holding HUEL, which is the supplement I mainly live off along with freshly squeezed organic fruit and veg juice.
We kept stumbling across juice bars in the city and one we tried was Juice Källan where I had the Kanelbulle (Cinnamon Roll)

smoothie, using frozen fruit (which varies by the week), ground flaxseed, unsweetened
