Once you got all the liquid out transfer the
milk back the blender and add the maple syrup and the
vanilla (or the
flavour of your choice) and blend again until it's all smooth.
While you can blend
flavours in to the mix such as mango, chocolate or caramel I have stuck to light
vanilla bean coconut
milk and added a sinfully sticky caramel sauce, fresh banana and peanuts.

I like to add the
vanilla and maple syrup to the oats while they're soaking in almond
milk so the
flavour infuses with the oats.
It's little more than a standard overnight oats recipe, following the usual formula of one part oats to two parts liquid (unsweetened almond
