This variation of the dip uses two bars in the power rack to put even greater focus on the triceps.
The second
variation of dip requires a dip station like the one in the video below.
The common
variation of the dips will be having to put your legs on top of the chair to make the effect on the triceps harder.

It is a
variation of the classic 8 layer

dip the ratatouille in.
In the case
of dips, the
variations are even more vast.
Taking the tahini (sesame paste) out
of this hummus
variation makes it a low - fat
dip that's still full
of flavor.
