Game wise there aren't enough levels to keep me coming back to the game, or
variety in the modes (you get arcade, survival and the option to just
fight the
bosses) so after completion I aren't sure what would make me come back and play again.

All
in all I found myself utilizing each character
in a
variety of ways; combining certain powers together can give you a huge advantage especially when
fighting bosses, and adding a few PlayStation alumni was a nice added bonus.
Also, during the
boss fight with Kamek, his magic can transform the platforms into Goombas,
in addition to a
variety of other enemies.
I am of the opinion that some
boss fights with a little more
variety in terms of combat would have been nice.
Eventually players will get to join
in on Strike missions, which pairs them up with two more guardians to
fight stronger waves of enemies and a big challenging
boss at the end, and the Crucible, multiplayer combat arenas allowing guardians to take on each other
in matches like Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, among others, not only showing a glimpse of the
variety the game has to offer, but also offering a glimpse into what the game will eventually become.
There's a good
variety in the levels from what I saw too, with new mechanics like pipe mazes, and different level types like the
boss fights.
They're not as terrible as they could have been, and both Boom Boom and Pom Pom put up a decent enough
fight, but there's barely any
variety, with exactly THREE types of
boss battle
in the entire game.

In execution, story mode strives for
variety, mixing animated cut - scenes with static stills, more conventional
fights with at least a dozen epic
boss battles - and even the unexpected on - rails shooting sequence where players can take control of characters like Susanoo.
It doesn't really matter as that's mostly just an excuse to give Bugs a hammer to take down enemies
in a
variety of side - scrolling levels, each culminating
in a
boss fight with a fellow Looney Toon.
As I mentioned before there is some good visual
variety in the
bosses, and I
fought my way through everything from a Kraken to a giant three - headed serpent.
